Our 45 min classes have been specially designed for you to spend quality time playing and practicing yoga with your child.

Classes are fun and stretch and strengthen your body to improve flexibility, balance and vitality.

When: Mondays 16:15-17:00 and Thursdays 16:15-17:00

Classes are 45 min. Time and space is shared exploring your own experience and the experience with your child.

No yoga experience is necessary. Mats provided.
